Retail Orders (Ready-to-Wear Products)

Retail products purchased through our online store may be eligible for return or exchange if they meet the conditions outlined below.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Products must be returned with original packaging and tags

Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery.

Custom & Bulk Orders

Custom-made and bulk manufacturing orders are produced according to client-approved designs, sizes, and specifications. Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases where:

The product has a manufacturing defect
The delivered order does not match the approved specifications

Any issue must be reported within 5 days of delivery with clear images or details for review.

Refund Process

Once a return or issue is approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. For retail items, size or product exchanges may be approved after inspection of the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with order details and supporting images so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Order Cancellations

Retail orders may only be canceled before dispatch. Custom and bulk orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
